లక్ష్యం:
తెలుగు సాహిత్య సాంస్కృతిక భాషా సేవలో భాగంగా పరిరక్షణ ప్రాధాన్యతను తెలియజేయడం. అంతరించిపోతున్న భాషా స్థితిని కనుమరుగవుతున్న సాంస్కృతిక కళలను తెలుగు సాహిత్య వికాసాన్ని చారిత్రక ప్రాధాన్యాన్ని సమాజ అవసరతను నేటి తరానికి ఈ ఆధునిక యుగానికి తెలియజేయడం.
